Community Support

Supporting individuals and families to build stability, confidence and independence within their own homes and communities.

Our community support service provides flexible, person-centred support tailored to individual needs. We work alongside individuals and families to help develop practical life skills, improve wellbeing and maintain stable routines.

What Community Support Means

Flexible Support in the Community

Community support, sometimes referred to as floating support, provides structured assistance to individuals while they remain living in their own homes or family environments.

Rather than residential placements, our support workers provide regular visits and practical guidance to help individuals and families develop the skills required for independence, stability and personal growth.

Support is tailored to each individual’s needs and goals and is delivered through personalised support plans agreed with professionals and families.
